Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years construction experience and be capable of providing accurate quantity takeoffs and pricing for civil, structural and architectural disciplines. Applicants must have the ability to establish and maintain up-to-date pricing for various cost of work.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years experience producing and leading cost estimates for all disciplines of construction. Applicant must have experience with large, complex, commercial projects with project values in the range of $5,000,000 to $100,000,000. Applicants must have the ability to lead an estimating team in the development of conceptual estimates, design development estimates, and competitive bid estimates. Applicant must have good presentation skills

Duties include:

Coordinate and manage all estimating activities for the project, including:

• Estimate organization and formatting
• Quantity takeoff’s and estimate pricing
• Value engineering
• Quality control of all estimates

Lead Estimators are responsible for:

• Staying current with the value of work
• Maintaining current pricing information in the estimating data base

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years field/estimating experience in commercial mechanical construction on projects ranging from $500K to $25M mechanical cost.  Applicants must have the ability to provide conceptual estimates, design development estimates, estimate quality control, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the cost of work, validation and documentation of project estimates.

• Establish and maintain estimating systems in providing the correct value of the project
• Maintaining current pricing information in the estimating data base

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years field/estimating experience in commercial electrical construction on projects ranging from $500K to $25M electrical cost.  Applicants must have the ability to provide conceptual estimates, design development estimates, estimate quality control, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the cost of work, validation and documentation of project estimates.

• Staying current with the value of work, quality, and establish and maintain estimating systems in providing the correct value of the project 

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years experience in construction trades, practices and schedules in a large project environment.  Applicant must be knowledgeable in the development of Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and project organization.   

Duties Include

• Responsible for creating and maintaining resource-loaded schedules
• Communicating effectively with corporate staff, the senior project manager and the project manager and assisting the project team in monitoring contractor performance and compliance with the project schedule
