EXPERIENCE:  KSI incorporates experience in all of the construction disciplines including Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Electrical, Technology, Project Management, and Scheduling.  All of the KSI personnel have extensive contractor backgrounds and hands on experience that have proven to be a valuable asset for understanding all of the components that go into a project with limited information available.  This experience is particularly important in the early stages of design, when the amount of detail associated with a given project is limited.  KSI takes pride in establishing accurate estimates with the detail that allows the client to easily identify and understand the specific scope that is included in the project estimate, and by eliminating all of the guess work.  KSI has developed the same “at risk” approach to cost estimating and scheduling that a contractor does, by not only reviewing the documents for scope but also for constructability and value engineering opportunities that may enhance the project.  KSI has never missed a deadline, and takes pride in being prompt with all project deliverables.
